four year old conversations

I must admit that sometimes I am amazed by my four year old…He figures out things that four years old shouldn’t really get….Like one day a few weeks ago we were sitting watching an episode of Bonanza with him…and he looks at me with confused little eyes as he says…Mommy Little Joe looks an awful lot like Mister Ingalls.. I thought for a minute how to explain it to him…So I decided to just be simple…Well That’s because it is the same man….His reply Oh…and promptly went back to his Show…Now onto our earliest discussion…One night this past week Tornado comes out of his room and says “Mommy can you come and close my window, I’m cold” To which Hubby and I reply
in Unison “well buddy get under your blankets” (he hasn’t been sleeping under them for a few weeks now) To which he replied “But If I mees up my bed then I will have to make it!” All we could do was laugh….so we closed his window…He has it all figured out already!
